First of all let me get something straight. This is a JOURNAL not a diary. I know what the name of this blog is but when Mom made me this thing I SPECIFICALLY told her to pick a title without the word “diary” in it. Great. Now all I need is for some kid to catch me looking at this website and get the wrong idea.

Great America 2

On Monday I went back to Great America. We were going on tuesday but it was my mom's 25th anniversary.

I went on the Loggers Run again, but Mom went along for the ride this time.
I went on Flight Deck as my last ride.
My first ride was Carousel Columbia.
Star Tower is the 2nd tallest attraction in the park. The tallest is Drop Tower.
Celebration Swings was one of the several new attractions for 2001.
Barney Oldfield Speedway is one of the opening year attractions.
I seem to be the only one who loves Grizzly.
Here are 3 photos from Woodstock Express to wrap this up.

Magic Mountain

I went to Magic Mountain recently. It ranks as one of my favorite Six Flags parks. Our first ride was the Log Jammer. It's in the background of this photo.

I'll never outgrow riding Thomas the Tank Engine.
I also went on Scream. It's built on a parking lot.
Terminator Salvation ranks as my favorite wooden coaster ever! My Mom's in this photo.
We went through Gotham City Park as well and rode Batman's crime fighting device to defeat the Joker.
Another water ride is Jet Stream.
Revolution was honored by the ACE.
I also went inside Superman's Fortress of Solitude with my brother David who goes to UCLA.
That blue winged cone contains an evil device made by the Riddler!
It's hard to read the whole sign, eh?
We'll return to Great America in a couple of weeks.

Gilroy Gardens

On May 30 we went to Gilroy Gardens. It was their 10th birthday!

South County Backroads is a wonderfully themed car ride. We went on the 1920's track.

Quicksilver Express is the most intense ride at the park.

This is the other coaster, Timber Twister. I rode with father.

We took the Train at Coyote Junction for a round trip.

I rode this but you can't see me. I was in the 2nd car.
I know my grandparents will love it.
